Basically, the deal builds out Geary's SEO practice, and the company hopes to offer customers are more complete online advertising solution with the inclusion of these services. Geary Interactive has announced acquiring Fathom Online , an SEO company. Fathom was formed in 2002 and is based in San Francisco. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
